Broughty Castle is a historic castle on the banks of the river Tay in Broughty Ferry, Dundee, Scotland. It sits by a lovely sandy beach and is a favourite place for me to take my family.  The waters are clear and you can often see pods of dolphins especially during the summer months.  This place is a gem and the locals take great pride and pleasure in keeping the beach clean for all to enjoy.
